From 4 to 6 October 2023, IMG will join numerous exhibitors to represent Central Germany as a business location at EXPO REAL 2023, Europe's largest B2B trade fair for real estate and investment. Since 1998, EXPO REAL has hosted the entire real estate industry for three days every October. As the largest trade fair for real estate and investment in Europe, EXPO REAL in Munich offers the best conditions for efficient networking.

Numerous exhibitors from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia will be presenting themselves at EXPO REAL from 04 to 06 October 2023 at the joint stand of the European Metropolitan Region of Central Germany.

TESVOLT AG, one of the innovation and market leaders for commercial and industrial energy storage solutions in Germany and Europe, today officially started construction of its new gigafactory at its headquarters in Lutherstadt Wittenberg with a ground-breaking ceremony. With a planned annual production capacity of 4 gigawatt hours, TESVOLT will build one of the largest facilities for commercial stationary battery storage systems in Europe. An investment volume of around 30 million euros is planned for the first construction phase, which includes the construction of the production facility and the fully automated high-bay warehouse. The TESVOLT Gigafactory, which will cover an area of almost 6,000 square metres, is scheduled to go into operation in 2025.

RAYDIAX secures €3.5 million in fresh capital to develop its therapy assistance computed tomography system in the fight against cancer

RAYDIAX, a spin-off of the STIMULATE research campus/ Otto-vonGuericke-University Magdeburg, is developing an image assistance system based on the principles of computed tomography for use in minimally invasive cancer treatments. The company secures €3.5 million in fresh capital to advance the development of the preclinical prototype and prepare for market entry in Europe and the USA. A seed round of €2.4 million is led by HTGF and bmp Ventures with IBG funds. In addition, RAYDIAX will receive €1.1 million in funding through a top-up of an “EXIST: transfer of research” grant from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
