Intel® as the anchor of the European center of the semiconductor industry in Magdeburg

The investment decision for the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt and its capital Magdeburg was made deliberately - the perfect location in the center of Europe and in the middle of the semiconductor triangle of Central Germany, a large metropolitan area for renewable energies, innovations and the unique infrastructure clearly highlight Saxony-Anhalt as a monopoly in the semiconductor industry. Partner networks are being created and redesigned here.

Eastern Germany is already the largest semiconductor center in Europe thanks to the semiconductor industry in Silicon Saxony. The Intel® settlement in Magdeburg makes Saxony-Anhalt the center.
