From 16 to 20 October 2018, Saxony-Anhalt will show innovations in the field of plastics and plastics technologies at the trade show Fakuma in Friedrichshafen.

At the joint stand of the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt in Hall FO, Booth 38, small and medium-sized companies from Saxony-Anhalt present innovations and application examples in the field of industrial plastic processing.

The state of Saxony-Anhalt offers an important support in this area to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to gain access to new markets.

With the organization of the joint stand of the federal state, an important economic contribution is made by implementing the entire preparation, execution and follow-up of the fair by IMG. The Investment and Marketing Corporation Saxony-Anhalt (IMG) is commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Science and Digititalisation, and works with funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Fakuma in Friedrichshafen is the international trade fair for plastic processing and will be held for the 26th time this year. More than 40,000 trade visitors from 120 countries are expected. Over 1,700 exhibitors from more than 30 nations present a wide range of processing machines and related peripherals, raw materials and applications, automation solutions and C-techniques. The focus is on injection molding, extrusion technology, thermoforming and 3D printing.
