The investment location of Saxony-Anhalt in September 2014

The Otto Group is expanding its central warehousing facility in Haldensleben and is investing millions. The distribution centre is operated by Hermes Fulfilment GmbH, an Otto Group company. The Islandic manufacturer for plastic packaging, Promens Packaging, establishes new factory in Theeßen near Magdeburg. Theeßen was chosen due to its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and its perfect transport links."We are delighted that the favourable location conditions in Saxony-Anhalt have once again been convincing and that we were able to successfully support the company", says Dr Carlhans Uhle, managing director of the Investment and Marketing Corporation Saxony-Anhalt (IMG).
