Russian safe manufacturers Promet Safe to invest in Halle A14 Star ParkThe Promet Safe Company based in Moscow has decided on the location of Saxony-Anhalt to build a production facility in the Halle Star Park at the A14 motorway. Promet Safe is Eastern Europe’s biggest manufacturer of steel safes and security furniture and is set to invest some € 10 m in Saxony-Anhalt, thereby creating approx. 50 jobs. The highly specialised company will in the future secure production for the German and entire Western European area from Saxony-Anhalt. The company, founded in 1993, is to expand its production plant for modern insulating glass at a cost of € 3.45 m – thereby creating 16 new jobs.
