IFA Rotorion prepares for new generation.
The German car supplier IFA Rotorion is preparing for a new generation. For this, the company owner Heinrich von Nathusius, on the occasion of his pending seventieth birthday, is paving the way for his son Felix von Nathusius, who will become his father’s successor as the managing partner from 2014. Natural gas remains almost unchanged as the most important energy source for industry firms in Saxony-Anhalt. As the Statistical Office of Saxony-Anhalt reports, an energy consumption of 270 million gigajoules was reported in the companies in the industry1) in 2011 for their use of gas, mineral oils, electricity, coal, heat, renewable energies and other energy sources. Energy-intensive industry in central Germany has had to live for many years with considerable cost disadvantages with the network use fees for electricity grids in competition across Germany.
