Real estate brokers know this from their daily practice: the client takes the exposé in hand, casts a fleeting glance at the images, and skims through the text material. Only ten seconds later it is decided whether the property meets with the approval of the interest party and the talks proceed or whether the search for a suitable property has to be continued. The first impression is crucial and should be instantly suitable.

That is why the Buchholz Software company from Tangermünde in Saxony-Anhalt is presenting ImmoDisplays at the EXPO REAL, Europe’s largest commercial property trade fair. “With the interactive displays the viewer obtains the opportunity to turn over pages, to enlarge images, to gaze at 3D images as well as to take a virtual hike through the future dream property”, explains Haiko Buchholz. One thing is clear for the managing director of Buchholz-Software: “You cannot make a better first impression.”

The virtually boundless possibilities of variations and arrangement in this connection are an important advantage of the ImmoDisplays. Whether in a display window, in a shopping arcade or directly at the property site — the illustrations can always be adapted to one’s own corporate design and the respective preferences. Buchholz: “In the process, the broker himself decides what happens in the displays. Either he exhibits his real estate in the predefined manner or he enables the clients to navigate themselves via the integrated touch control.”

No matter how the decision ultimately turns out, the advantages in comparison with paper exposés are obvious. “The medium is intrinsically more fascinating. Animated pictures fascinate more than rigid paper. Moreover, the printouts and attachments are omitted for the broker. This all takes place automatically from the PC”, explains Haiko Buchholz. And is errors should ever occur, these can be quickly corrected or immediately removed. The effort in this connection is comparatively marginal.
