The Saxony-Anhalt Business Award is entering its second round: Sven Schulze, Minister for Economic Affairs, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry of Saxony-Anhalt, is kicking off the new application phase with a visit to last year's winner Ramme Electric Machines GmbH in Wernigerode, which is giving a tour of its production facilities. Small and medium-sized companies with up to 250 employees as well as start-ups based in Saxony-Anhalt can apply with special projects, products or business models until October 31, 2025.
The aim of the Saxony-Anhalt Business Award is to focus on all those companies and sectors that have a lasting impact on the economic development of the state through their achievements and innovative strength. Prize money of 15,000 euros is awarded for companies and 10,000 euros for start-ups. In addition, the winners will be included in the state's communications as ambassadors for success.
