Invitation to visit the Hannover Messe, April 22 to 26, 2024:
State participation in the Hannover Messe "Your Future" initiative for young talent and skilled workers for the first time
Hannover Messe 2024 opens its doors on April 22. Under the guiding theme of "Energizing a Sustainable Industry", around 4,000 exhibitors from the mechanical engineering, electrical and digital industries as well as the energy sector will showcase their solutions for the production and energy supply of the future for five days. Investitions- und Marketinggesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH (IMG) is organizing a state presentation under the motto "Where Industry and Talents Shape the Future" in Hall 12 / Stand E36 . This year marks the premiere of the state's participation in the Hannover Messe's young talent and skilled workers initiative "Your Future" in Hall 2 / Stand C54.
This offers young people and young adults unique opportunities to get to know the world of industry and make contact with potential employers. The event will be accompanied by an exciting stage program over the five days of the fair. The speakers will provide insights into how young talents can help shape the future of industry and what career opportunities are specifically available at companies in Saxony-Anhalt.
Prof. Dr. Armin Willingmann, Minister for Science, Energy, Climate Protection and the Environment of Saxony-Anhalt, will visit the Hannover Messe on Monday, April 22 from 10:30 am. On April 23, Stefanie Pötzsch, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economics, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry, and Thomas Wünsch, State Secretary in the Ministry of Science, Energy, Climate Protection and the Environment of the State of Saxony-Anhalt, are expected to visit companies from 10:15 a.m. onwards . All tours of the trade fair are open to the media.

Norway is the partner country at HANNOVER MESSE 2024. Under the motto "Pioneering the Green Industrial Transition", exhibitors at the Norwegian pavilion in Hall 12 will be presenting products and solutions ranging from batteries, carbon capture and storage, energy systems, artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0 and materials technology. The exhibitors at the Norwegian pavilion in Hall 13 will be showcasing safe solutions for the production, transportation, storage and distribution of hydrogen.
