The Hanseatic town of Havelberg is charmingly located in the north of Saxony-Anhalt directly on the Havel and in close proximity to the Elbe.

The Oberfeld industrial estate is located on the north-western outskirts of the town and is connected to the B 107, which runs through the Hanseatic town from north to south. Several craft businesses, service providers, supermarkets and the army barracks are located close to the industrial estate.

 

The commercial area with a size of 9,381 m², divisible from 4,500 m², comprises the areas GEe 1, GE 3 and GE 4 of the development plan. It is particularly suitable for the establishment of smaller craft or service companies.

 

Access to the commercial areas is secured via Garnisionsstraße. Electricity, drinking water, waste water and natural gas are available here. A current legally valid development plan provides planning security for your projects.

 

The permitted level of building use is differentiated in the individual GE areas by specifying a floor area ratio of 0.8 and different building mass figures for GEe 1 and GE 3 with a BMZ of 5 and GE 4 with a BMZ of 7. The permissible sound power levels also vary from 62.5 dB to 67.5 dB during the day and 47.5 to 52.5 dB at night.
