The plots are located in the Queis industrial and commercial area and are connected to public roads on both sides. The development media such as waste water sewer, drinking water, electricity and gas are located in the street. All building cost contributions that may still be incurred in connection with the development will be borne by the purchaser.

The plots of land are to be sold contiguously. They are currently leased. The lease agreement provides for immediate termination upon sale.

The minimum bid is €120.00/m² and therefore €402,240.00.

The plots are being sold as they are.

The sale will be made to the highest bidder, taking into account the intended use. All costs associated with the notarization of the contract shall be borne by the buyer.

The purchase application must be submitted to the City of Landsberg, Department of Economic Development, Culture and Sport, Köthener Straße 2, 06188 Landsberg with a description of the building project and the intended use by 20.11.2025 in a sealed envelope with the note - "Do not open offer, Queis property tender".

Bidders who are not awarded the contract will not be notified separately. The City of Landsberg is not obliged to sell or to sell to a specific bidder. The responsible committee of the City of Landsberg will decide on the sale of the properties. No legal claims can be derived from this announcement and the award decision. The City of Landsberg is free to decide whether or not to award the contract.
