The "Dessora Industrial Park" in Oranienbaum - Wörlitz has excellent visibility and accessibility and is located on the B 107 not far from the town of Dessau-Roßlau. The logistics center is located approx. 3 km from the A9 freeway / Dessau-Roßlau slip road; it is not necessary to drive through the town. Dessau-Roßlau, the third largest city in Saxony-Anhalt, is the economic and service center, an identity-defining impulse region and an integral part of the European metropolitan region of Central Germany. Up-and-coming and traditional companies in the pharmaceutical, vehicle construction, mechanical and plant engineering and metal processing sectors characterize economic life. Various federal and state authorities are located here. Alongside Magdeburg and Halle, the city is one of three regional centers in the state; it is well connected to a network of freeways and federal highways, comprehensively integrated into the German rail network and linked to the overseas ports of Hamburg and Rotterdam via the Elbe. The international airport Leipzig/Halle can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The central city of Wittenberg can also be reached in around 30 minutes by car. A highly qualified and committed workforce is available in both Wittenberg and Dessau-Roßlau. The international logistics hub of Berlin with its major airport can be reached within an hour and a quarter.
