The Langer Weg industrial and commercial estate is located in the east of the Hanseatic city of Stendal in the immediate vicinity of the B 189 bypass and offers ideal conditions for industrial settlement.

To date, around 23 companies from the following sectors have settled here: Crafts, trade, metal processing, insulation technology, power generation and various service providers have settled here.

Water, sewage, electricity, gas and telephone connections are available at the site. The development plan for the Langer Weg industrial estate stipulates a floor area ratio GRZ of 0.8 and a building mass ratio BMZ of 10 for the commercial development area.
