Sustainability is on the agenda
The ValuePark® is a high-performance industrial park with sites in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, which is operated and further developed by Dow Olefinverbund GmbH, a subsidiary of the international Dow Group. It is characterized by the combination of sustainable plastics production, practical research and modern logistics. Since 1998, around 30 national and international companies have settled in Schkopau (Saxony-Anhalt) and Böhlen (Saxony). In addition to production, they benefit in particular from the proximity to research, development and specialized service providers - a key advantage of the 1,000 hectare site.
The Dow Group operates its own modern production facilities for innovative materials - such as for packaging, hygiene products and the construction sector - at both sites and in nearby Leuna. The focus of all activities is on resource conservation, environmental protection and energy efficiency.
